  Wait times are absolutely shocking, service isn't the best around, but you do get the odd smile. Something as simple as hot chips always seem hard to get right. People rave about this place, so I did give it a few goes. Only to be disappointed over and over. much better quality elsewhere.

  Went it there today to get some fresh fish, I was served by a blonde girl with a nose piercing, i asked for 2kgs of basa and she asked if 320g was enough? I explained that i wanted 2kg... she then started whispering to another employee like a school girl. I asked her if there was enough fish to make 2kg and she just blankly stared at me and walked away.... absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. She hardly knows how to speak let alone figure out how many grams in 2kg. I told her don't worry about it and I started walking out of the shop and she was saying what the f××k

  I am absolutely stoked with the service I receive from the entire M.S.M team. The consistency in their quality of service backed by the consistency of their beautifully cooked and seasoned product has been long hailed among my workplace colleagues as the best value and best tasting lunch choice of the week... Every week in a row. As long as I don't dawdle back to work, I open the packages of food to find no less than the perfectly crumbed cod, tender calamari and beautifully seasoned; golden fresh chips. Definitely the most filling and satisfying lunches by far. With their season salt recipe locked up as tight as it is (more renowned then Mr Sanders' herbs and spices), they shall have the majority of the lunch orders for the foreseeable future from us. Keep up the awesomeness guys. Quality- 11/10
